Black Walnut Aged Balsamic Vinegar

With its nutty but sweet flavor, this balsamic can stand alone on your green salad for a fifth of the calories of a store bought balsamic vinaigrette. It pours beautifully with our Garlic Olive Oil and makes a delicious table dip. With a little bread, this is an easy appetizer. Add a dash to roasted squash and other root vegetables; unique dressing on rice or pasta; drizzle over green salad with nuts and fruit.
